Alfredo Sauce mix

This alfredo sauce mix is as easy to throw together as it is to use! It uses ingredients you already have on hand, stores for up to 3 months in your refrigerator and makes the smoothest, creamiest sauce. This is great over pasta, as pizza sauce, over vegetables, in a meatball sub or even as a dip for garlic bread and cheese sticks! Any way you like to eat your alfredo sauce, you are gonna love this!

Ingredients and Variations

This ingredients: Dry milk powder, cornstarch, grated parmesan, garlic powder, onion, powder, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Changes and Additions: All purpose flour has been used here, but you can sub it out for your favorite gluten free flour. Just keep in mind, you may need to add a little extra cornstarch.

Grated parmesan that needs to be refrigerated is used here, this can be switched with a freeze dried, shelf stable cheese. This will make it possible to keep on your shelf instead of the refrigerator.

Any extra herbs or spices can be added, like, Italian seasoning, parsley or extra garlic. However you like your alfredo sauce flavored. Salt to taste.
