BLT Pasta Salad

Cool, creamy and everything you love in a BLT, on a fork! A summertime must have!!

3/4 lb Large shell pasta, cooked and rinsed

1 Small head of lettuce, chopped

2 lbs Bacon, cooked and chopped

16 oz Grape tomatoes, sliced in half

1 Bunch green onions, sliced

1 Cup mayo

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1/2 Cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Dressing: Whisk together mayo, milk, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside

Mix together pasta, tomatoes, lettuce, green onions and bacon. Mix in dressing carefully.

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

Add ins: You can add lots of extra ingredients like chopped avocados, chopped red onion, shredded cheese, ranch powder…….whatever you like!
