1 1/2cupsHeavy cream for thick sauce or half and half for a thinner sauce
1 1/2cupsParmesan cheese, shredded
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter and garlic together on medium heat, , add in cream cheese until melted, whisk in the rest of the ingredients and cook until smooth, whisking continually. Add a tablespoon or two of pesto if you like!
