Corn Pancakes

1 1/2 cups Cornmeal
1/2 cup All purpose flour
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
2 cups Buttermilk or 1 1/2 cups for a thicker batter
2 Large Eggs
2 tbsp Melted butter
Directions
- Whisk it all together and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Fry on medium – low heat.
