Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Cornmeal

  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour

  • 1 tsp Baking soda

  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar

  • 2 cups Buttermilk or 1 1/2 cups for a thicker batter

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 2 tbsp Melted butter

Directions

  • Whisk it all together and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Fry on medium – low heat.
