Fresh Ranchero Sauce

8 Plum tomatoes
1/2 Onion, medium (or 1 small), peeled
6 Cloves Garlic, peeled
3 Jalapeños
2 tsp Powdered chicken bouillon
2 tsp Mexican oregano
1 tsp Cumin, ground
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Cups Water
2 Tbsp Oil
Directions
- Char tomatoes, onion, garlic and jalapeños over a flame, grill or on broil. Do NOT burn.
- Drop everything but the oil in a blender and puree.
- Heat oil in pan on medium heat, pour in sauce and cook 15 minutes.
