Jalapeño Popper Bites

These Jalapeño Popper bites are cheesy, garlicy, deliciousness with a little pepper kick!

Great for Superbowl, any party or holiday!

Ingredients and Variations

Ingredients: Cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, jalapenos, salt pepper, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Ritz crackers, fresh garlic, butter and egg whites.

Variations: A packet of ranch seasoning or Fiesta Ranch seasoning can be added for extra flavor, bacon bits can be added or cooked sausage if desired.

Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 3 large jalapeños, seeded and chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

  • Coating
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 – 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

  • 2 egg whites, beaten

Directions

  • Mix together all ingredients for filling. Roll into 1 inch balls, place on a tray lined with parchment or a silicone liner, place into freezer for 2 hours or more.
  • When ready to prepare, pre heat air fryer and mix cracker crumbs with meled butter, garlic, cheese and slat. Toss well to coat all cracker crumbs with butter, garlic and cheese.
  • Dip jalapeno ball into egg white, coating the entire ball, then rill in seasoned cracker crumbs, coating well.
  • Cook in air fryer at 400° for 8 – 10 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with ranch dressing.
