Peanut Butter Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients and Variations

Ingredients: Semi sweet chocolate chips, whole milk, butter, creamy peanut butter, Kosher salt and Vanilla extract.

Variations: Sugar free or plant based chocolate chips can be used instead or milk chocolate chips can be used. Oat or coconut milk can replace whole milk, Use your favorite extract. Sugar free peanut butter can be used also.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup whole milk (or enough to cover the chips)

Directions

  • Put all ingredients into a microwave safe dish and cook in 30 second intervals until all is melted.
  • Whisk well until it is a smooth consistency. Mixture will thicken as it sets
  • Let cool slightly, then pour over desired dessert.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 30 days. Heat up before each use.
