Angry Deviled Eggs

And boy, are these eggs angry!! This is a total retro recipe. Did you have these at your family get togethers?? Well, these are delicious and will clear your sinuses all in one!

12 Hard boiled eggs

1/4 Cup mayo

1/4 Tsp dry mustard

1/4 Tsp ground black pepper

2 Tsp prepared mustard

1 Tsp white vinegar

2 Tsp sugar

1/2 Tsp salt

1 – 3 Tbsp prepared horseradish (I use 3)

Garnish with paprika

Put all of your eggs in one basket. No, never do that! Put them in a pot and fill with cold water, just enough to cover eggs. Bring them to a boil, boil 5 minutes. Cover, turn the heat off and let them sit for 15 minutes. Drain the eggs and put them in an ice bath. for 10 minutes.

Or, cook them in an egg cooker accordingly.

Peel and rinse eggs. Cut them in half and put yolks in a bowl, egg whites on a tray.

Add all of the ingredients except the paprika into the yolks. Mash together, you can put them into a food processor if you like. You can cut back on the horseradish if you don’t like it strong. It’s no yolking matter! Sorry, I just had to!!

Fill your egg whites with yolk mixture using a spoon or a pastry bag. Sprinkle with paprika if you like.
