This mustard based sauce is a little sweet, a little tangy and a little sassy! It’s delicious and a nice change from tomato based sauce, as I am a mustard lover!

34 cup Yellow mustard (I use French’s)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Light brown sugar
2 tbsp Ketchup
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Hot sauce (or less if you don’t like the heat)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Fresh cracked black pepper
Directions
- In a small pan, whisk all ingredients together and cook on medium – low heat 10 minutes, until sugar has dissolved. Cool, pour into bottle and refrigerate at least 2 hours before use. Making a day ahead is best.
