Baked Oatmeal

Whether you grab it on the go or you are hosting brunch, this baked oatmeal is super yummy and filling! Add your favorite nuts, fruits and flavors, its your kitchen, man!

2 Large eggs

1/2 Cup dark brown sugar

1 Tsp vanilla extract

*1 Tsp imitation maple (optional,for extra maple flavor)

1/4 Cup maple syrup

1 1/4 Cup milk (any kind)

3 Cups rolled oats

1/2 Tbsp baking powder

1/4 Tsp salt

1 Tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 Cup dried fruit (I use cranberries and raisins)

1/2 Cup chopped nuts (my fav is pecans!)

Heat your oven to 350 degrees

Mix everything together! This isn’t a picky recipe guys!

Pour batter into prepared baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

And…..breakfast is served!
