114.5oz canchicken broth or 2 cups of water and 1 tbsp bouillon
1packettaco seasoning or 2 tbsp homemade taco seasoning
2cupsrice
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large pot add salsa, broth taco seasoning and juice from the canned chicken to a boil.
Rinse rice well.
Add rice and chicken to boiling broth, bring back up to a boil, cover lower heat to simmer and cook for 20 minutes. Do NOT remove lid during this process. When done fluff with a fork, add salt and pepper to taste.
