This Broccoli Cheese Soup mix is super delicious and completely customizable! You will love having this on your shelf for quick meals!

Ingredients and Variations

Ingredients: Freeze dried broccoli, instant potatoes, cornstarch ,dried onion, onion powder, garlic powder, freeze dried cheese powder, dried carrots, celery powder, cayenne, dry milk powder, mustard powder, chicken bouillon powder, salt and pepper.

Variations: freeze dried meat can be added, freeze dried potato cubes can be added, freeze dried ham cubes would be great in this soup, dried chilis can be added for a kick, as well as jalapeƱo powder. A little powdered heavy cream would make this creamier.

Delicious homemade broccoli cheese soup in an instant!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup freeze dried broccoli

  • 1 1/2 cup instant potatoes

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 cup dry milk powder

  • 1 tsp celery powder

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne *optional

  • 2 tsp powdered chicken bouillon

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 cup dried minced onion

  • 1/4 cup dried carrots

  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese sauce powder

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
  • Mix can be stored for up to a year in an airtight container.
  • To Use: Whisk 1/4 cup mix into a cup of cold water, bring to a boil on medium heat, turn heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes until broccoli has rehydrated completely. or put into a cup and pour boiling water over and let set for 5 minutes.
