Buffalo Sprinkle

Buffalo sprinkle is great to keep on hand to add that yummy buffalo flavor to just about anything! Sprinkle some over your fry’s, hash browns, potato chips, chicken salad, chicken tenders or nuggets, burgers or stir it into some sour cream or yogurt for topping.

Ingredients and Variations

Kosher salt, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, celery powder and Franks Red Hot powder. Use the salt of your choice, such as himalayan pink salt or kosher salt. Use the hot sauce powder you like best. Change up the spices to suit your tastes.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Franks Red Hot seasoning

  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing mix (not dip mix)

  • 1 tbsp kosher salt

  • 1 tsp celery powder

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • Mix and store in an airtight container for up to a year.

  • To make celery powder: dehydrate celery and use a coffee grinder to make powder.
