A refreshing and delicious way to use up leftover Thanksgiving turkey! Excellent on a sandwich, salad or just serve it on crackers!
4 oz cream cheese, soft
3/4 Cup mayo
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
1 Tsp dried dill or 1 Tbsp fresh dill
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Small onion, diced
2 Stalks celery, diced
1 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
2 Cups cooked turkey, diced
2 Tbsp milk if needed
*6 Slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled* optional
Mix it all together!
For best results, refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
