Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix

This Delicious Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix can be changed up and made your way!!

Ingredients and Variations

Ingredients: Mushroom Plus Powder, cornstarch, dried mushrooms, dry milk powder, onion powder, garlic powder, powdered chicken bouillon, cayenne, herbs de Provance, salt and pepper .Mushroom Powder Plus – Jeni Gough

Variations: Add a cup of dried greens (spinach, kale) for an Emerald Isle soup. Add beef bouillon in place of chicken if desired. Add a half cup of heavy cream powder if you have it. Herbs De Provance can be left out if desired. Cayenne is optional and can be omitted if desired. Add your favorite herbs and spices to make it yours!

Store in an airtight container for up to a year.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Mushroom Powder Plus

  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

  • 1/2 cup dried mushrooms, broken up slightly

  • 1 tbsp powdered bouillon beef or chicken

  • 2 tbsp butter powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 cup dried minced onion

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper *optional

  • 1 tsp Herbs de Provance

Directions

  • Whisk all ingredients together well. Store in an airtight container for up to a year.
  • To Use: Add 1/2 cup mix to 1 cup cold water, mix well and heat till thickened and mushrooms are hydrated. About 3 minutes,
