Crockpot Chicken Tacos

The easiest tacos you will ever make! These Crockpot chicken tacos are as delicious as they are easy!

Ingredients and variations

Ingredients: chicken breast, taco seasoning, red salsa, black beans, corn and salt.

Variations: Chicken thighs can be used or turkey if desired, salsa Verde can replace red salsa, a can of green chilis can be added, used any beans you like, frozen corn can be used instead of canned. Add any additional seasonings you like!

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts

  • 1 pint salsa

  • 1 15 oz can sweet corn, drained or Southwest style corn

  • 1 15.25 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 packet taco seasoning or 2 tbsp homemade

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Put everything into your slow cooker, set on low and cook for 6 hours.
  • using 2 forks, Shred the chicken when done, mixing with the corn and beans in the slow cooker.
  • Serve on tortillas with cheese, lettuce, sour cream, hot sauce, chopped onions, tomatoes, etc… Whatever you like on your tacos!
