Gremalata Salt

Fresh gremalata (gremalada) is a favorite but fresh ingredients aren’t always on hand, so here is a dry salt version. Great on everything! Sprinkle it on any meat, veg, salad or add it soups and sauces. This gremalata salt will be your “Go To” all purpose seasoning! you are going to love having this on your shelf!

Ingredients and Variations

Sea salt, dried parsley and garlic powder. Use the salt of your choice and change to salt to herb ratio for a low sodium version packed with flavor! This can be made as fine or coarse you like.

A citrus and herb salt packed with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup sea salt

  • 1/8 cup dried lemon peel

  • 1/4 cup dried parsley

  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

Directions

  • Mix and store in an airtight container for up to a year.
  • Note: This can be put into a grinder and made into a fine powder.
