This is an easy and delicious spin on beef wellington! Packed with flavor!

1 lb Ground beef
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp Fresh cracked black pepper
6 oz Mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 Small onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Butter
1 box Frozen puff pastry, thawed overnight in refrigerator
4 tbsp Garlic and fine herb Boursin cheese
1 Egg, beaten
Directions
- Over low heat, cook onion and mushroom in butter until soft. Add garlic, salt, pepper and cook until it is no longer watery.
- Put into food processor and chop fine. Set aside to cool.
- Into the beef, add salt, pepper, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder and mushroom mixture. Mix well and form into 4 equal patties.
- Roll puff pastry sheet out slightly, cut in half, put a tbsp of the Boursin cheese in the middle of both halves, place a beef patty on each, wrap pastry around beef patty and set on a sheet pan. Repeat with the second sheet of puff pastry and beef patties.
- Brush wellingtons with beaten egg.
- Using the tip of a knife, pierce the tops of each 4 times creating vents.
- Cook in the air fryer at 350° 36 minutes or bake in oven @ 375° 45 – 50 minutes until golden brown.
