Lemon & Dill Salt

Lemon and dill salt is a wonderful finishing salt for fish, poultry, vegetables. salads, dips, sour cream, butter, pasta and red potatoes. This lemon and dill salt will finish any dish with a fresh flavor!

Ingredients and Variations

Sea salt, dried dill and dries lemon peel. Use the salt of your choice, such as himalayan pink salt or kosher salt. Change the salt to dill and lemon ratio for a low sodium version packed with flavor! This can be made as fine or coarse you like.

Give a dish fresh flavor with this lemon and dill salt.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sea salt

  • 3 tbsp dried dill

  • 1/3 cup dried lemon peel

  • 1 tbsp garlic power

Directions

  • Mix and store in an airtight container for up to a year.

  • Use a coffee grinder to grind the salt and herb mixture fine.
