delicious pulled pork sliders!

Ingredients

  • 1 quart 1 Mississippi pork

  • 1 pkg 1 Kings Hawaiian rolls

  • 5 oz 5 aged gouda cheese slices

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 mayo

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 grainy brown mustard ( I use beer mustard)

  • 1 tsp 1 fresh grated black pepper, divided

  • 1 tsp 1 sea salt, divided

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp 1 Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp 1 yellow or Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 onion, finely chipped

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350°
  • Mix mayo and brown mustard with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Clay rolls onto baking sheet and using a bread knife, slice through the middle of the rolls horizontally. Spread mayo onto bottom of rolls and top.
  • Drain pork, reserving broth for another use, shred pork and cover bottom buns with pork, then lay the cheese slices over the pork, place top buns on and set aside.
  • Whisk Worcestershire, mustard, onions, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper into melted butter. Pour mixture over top of the sliders. Cover with foil and bake at 350° f for 15 minutes, uncover and bake for 10 – 15 minutes more until top buns are golden brown.
  • Cool for 10 minutes and cut apart to serve. Enjoy!
