These are the BEST! Moist and cakey, not overly sweet with semi sweet chocolate…..Mmm…… Did I mention how festive these are??
1 Cup oil
1 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1/2 Cup light brown sugar
2 Large eggs, room temp
15 oz Can pumpkin puree
4 Cups all purpose flour
2 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 – 1/2 Tsp ground cloves
1 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp baking soda
2 Tsp baking powder
12 oz Semi sweet chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees f.
Cover sheet pans with parchment paper
Mix all wet ingredients together.
In a seperate bowl, whisk dry ingredients togther (all but the chips). and add to the wet ingredients. Mix just until incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoon spoon fulls or use a cookie scoop.
Bake 10-12 minutes @ 350 degrees f.
Cool on a wire rack.
