This Rosemary and Mustard rub mix is Excellent on chicken and everything else! It is so festive for the holidays and would make a great gift!

Ingredients and Variations

Ingredients: Dried Rosemary, Lemon Powder, mustard powder, ground black pepper and Kosher salt.

Variations: Black pepper can be switched out for ground white pepper, use any flakey salt you like, garlic powder can be added, any additional herb you love can be added or switched out in place of rosemary if desired.

cup mix

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary (broken up)

  • 1 tbsp lemon powder

  • 1 tbsp mustard powder

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp Kosher or sea salt

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight jar for up to 1 year.
  • brush butter or olive oil over chicken, sprinkle spice mix over chicken very liberally and cook according to meat directions.
