This a festive and delicious cocktail that I make every year! Make this 2 months ahead of time and store it in mason jars and you are ready for autumnal festivities!!
64 oz Apple cider
64 oz Apple juice
1/2 Tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 Tsp ground nutmeg
750 ml Everclear
*3 cups sugar * optional
Heat juices, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar in a large pot until sugar is completely dissolved. Let cool completely.
Pour Everclear into juice and stir. Pour into pint or half pint mason jars and add a cinnamon stick to each. Store in the back of your refrigerator. These will last up to 6 months, but they wont make it that long!
