This is a quick, easy, festive and super delicious fruit salad you can throw together in 5 minutes!
Red, White & Blue Cheesecake Fruit Salad

8 oz Cream cheese (1brick), softened
1 3.4 oz box Cheesecake instant pudding mix
1 cup Milk
1 8 oz tub Whipped topping
16 oz Strawberries, hulled and quartered
6 oz Blueberries
1 cup Mini marshmallows
Directions
- Whisk together pudding, milk and cream cheese. until fluffy. Whisk whipped topping in last.
- In a large bowl, mix fruit and marshmallows, then carefully fold in cheesecake mixture, don’t break up fruit.
- Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

- Serve topped with graham cracker crumbs, toasted coconut, slivered almonds…. anything you like on your cheesecake!
