Beef Gravy Mix

This diy gravy mix is so good and perfect served over mashed potatoes, salisbury steak, over french fries and cheese curds (poutine), use as a beef stew base or even add heavy cream to it and serve it with meatballs (IKEA style). So many possibilities!

Ingredients and Variations

This mix is made with all purpose flour, cornstarch, beef bouillon powder, onion power, garlic powder, paprika, marjoram, parsley, salt and fresh ground black pepper.

Variations: All purpose flour can be replaced with you favorite gluten free flour, but you may need to add extra cornstarch for thickening.

The herbs and spices can always be changed. If I have used something here you don’t like, switch it out for something you do like or simply leave it out all together. Salt to taste.
