Chicken Gravy Mix

Diy mixes are a real time saver and this chicken gravy mix is a delicious one! This mix can also be used for a soup / stew base and a pot pie base as well as gravy. Slow cooked flavor in an instant!

Ingredients and Variations

Ingredients: All purpose flour, cornstarch, chicken bouillon powder, onion powder, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, ground thyme, , parsley, salt and pepper.

Variations: Gluten free flour can be substituted for the all purpose, but extra cornstarch may be needed for thickening.

The herbs and spices can always be changed. If I have used something here you don’t like, switch it out for something you do like or simply leave it out all together. Salt to taste.
