Chicago Style Pizza Dough

2 – 2 1/2 cups All purpose flour
2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Warm water
2 1/4 tsp Active dry yeast or 1 pkg.
1 tsp Granulated sugar
Directions
- Mix water, yeast and sugar. Let set 10 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of flour and salt, mix and knead 5 minutes by hand or with mixer using the dough hook. Add more flour as needed up to half cup more.
- Form into a ball, coat with oil and cover with towel or plastic and set in war place for 30 minutes. (I use my oven with the light on)
- Heat oven to 425°.
- Grease or butter a 14 inch iron skillet or other pan. Pat the dough into the pan moving it up the sides. Fill with desired ingredients and bake @ 425° 30 – 40 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
