Crab Rangoons

These are quick, easy. packed and super delicious!

Yields about 20

Wonton wrappers

1( 8oz) Brick of cream cheese, softened

1/4 Cup chopped or shredded imitation crab meat

1/4 Cup green onion tops, sliced on the bias

1 Tbsp powdered sugar

Egg wash

Oil

Mix cheese, onions, sugar and crab.

Brush all sides of wonton with egg wash.

Put a rounded teaspon of cheese filling in the middle of the wonton, bring up edges into a purse or pinch together all four sides.

Fry in oil or brush lightly with oil (if desired) and put into the air fryer for 8 minutes.

I served these with my home canned sweet chili jam. I just thinned it out with hot water and voila!
