Homemade crackers are so good! If you make them no other time year, make them for holidays! But they are so easy, you find yourself making them for get togethers and just to snack on!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Baking powder

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • 1/3 cup Oil

  • 2/3 cup Water

  • Topping
  • 1 Large egg white

  • 1 tbsp Water

  • 4 tbsp Herbs, spices, flaked sea salt, cheese, everything bagel seasoning, seasoning blends….. whatever toppings you like!

Directions

  • Mix ingredients together until soft dough forms. Cover and let rest 20 minutes.
  • Lightly whisk egg white and water together and get your toppings ready.
  • Heat oven to 400°.
  • Divide dough in half and roll out thin. Cut in squares or use cookie cutter for shapes. Dock each cracker with a fork.
  • Place them on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Brush with egg white, sprinkle on toppings.
  • Bake @ 400° 8 – 10 minutes until golden.
