Homemade egg noodles are easier and faster than you think! These are so good and can be used in any noodle dish , mac & cheese, soup, buttered noodles, sauced, casseroles….
Egg Noodles

Ingredients
2 cups All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Salt
3 Large whole eggs
Directions
- Using your hands or a dough hook attachment to your mixer, work the ingredients into a dough and knead for 5 minutes.
- Set aside, cover and let rest 20 minutes.
- Roll out dough as thin as you can, roll up carefully and cut into ribbons or whatever shape you like.
- Drop into boiling, salted water and let cook 3 minutes, remove from boiling water and drop them into fresh broth or soup.
Fun and easy to make. I found dividing the dough into fourths allowed me to roll it thinner and a pizza slicer help me cut narrower noodles.
