Homemade egg noodles are easier and faster than you think! These are so good and can be used in any noodle dish , mac & cheese, soup, buttered noodles, sauced, casseroles….

These noodles are pure comfort!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2 All purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Salt

  • 3 3 Large whole eggs

Directions

  • Using your hands or a dough hook attachment to your mixer, work the ingredients into a dough and knead for 5 minutes.
  • Set aside, cover and let rest 20 minutes.
  • Roll out dough as thin as you can, roll up carefully and cut into ribbons or whatever shape you like.
  • Drop into boiling, salted water and let cook 3 minutes, remove from boiling water and drop them into fresh broth or soup.

  1. Fun and easy to make. I found dividing the dough into fourths allowed me to roll it thinner and a pizza slicer help me cut narrower noodles.
