  1. Jeni, Thank you for all these wonderful recipes. I’m not one for “freezer meals” but you sure made this look so easy. I would have frozen the meat separately and then added all the other ingredients the day I’m cooking it. But now I see the ease of having it all together and just plop it in the crock pot and forget about it for hours. My head is spinning with ideas now. This is great for those days when you don’t have time to cook! I would do aluminum pans of lasagna or ziti ready for the oven but never thought of zipper bags and using the crock! Can’t believe I’ve gone my whole life and not thought of this! Thanks again.
