This pizza dough is delicious, easy and it freezes very well! Make some up today to have ready in your freezer for a quick pizza nigh faster than take-out!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 1/4 tsp (1pkg) instant Yeast ( I use SAF)
1 tsp granulated sugar
3 – 31/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Dry malt powder * optional
Directions
- Mix all together and knead for 5 minutes. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Cut in half.
- Roll out to fit your pizza pan, bake your pizza at 425° until golden brown and cheese is melty.
- To Freeze: Add each dough ball to an oiled freezer bag, freeze flat.
- Remove from freezer and place into the refrigerator the night before use. Pull out of refrigerator the next day and let rise an hour before use.
