Pizza Dough – Freezer Friendly

This pizza dough is delicious, easy and it freezes very well! Make some up today to have ready in your freezer for a quick pizza nigh faster than take-out!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 warm water

  • 2 1/4 tsp (1pkg) 2 1/4 instant Yeast ( I use SAF)

  • 1 tsp 1 granulated sugar

  • 3 – 31/2 cups 3 – 31/2 all purpose flour

  • 3/4 tsp 3/4 salt

  • 2 tbsp 2 olive oil

  • 1 tbsp 1 Dry malt powder * optional

Directions

  • Mix all together and knead for 5 minutes. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Cut in half.
  • Roll out to fit your pizza pan, bake your pizza at 425° until golden brown and cheese is melty.
  • To Freeze: Add each dough ball to an oiled freezer bag, freeze flat.
  • Remove from freezer and place into the refrigerator the night before use. Pull out of refrigerator the next day and let rise an hour before use.
