Crunchy deliciousness in the air fryer! Serve them for lunch, dinner or at your next party, these babies will be a big hit!
Egg roll wrappers
Swiss cheese, sliced
Corned beef
Sauerkraut
Put a half slice of cheese on the end of a wrapper, add 2 tsps kraut and beef, careful not to over fill. Roll up in wrapper using an egg wash ro seal edge.
You can cook these in an air fryer @ 400 degrees f for 18 minutes, or you can deep fry them.
Reuben Dip
1 Cup mayo
1/4 Cup ketchup
3/4 Tsp sugar
1 Tsp vinegar
3/4 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp dried minced onion
1/4 Cup chopped dill pickle
Fresh cracked black pepper
Mix it all together and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
