Smokey Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Ball

Smokey, cheesey, spicy and delicious! This cheese ball can be made in the shape of a pumpkin, snowman or any other fun shape for your holiday season. This is also a great cheese ball recipe for everyday entertaining.

8 oz Cream cheese, room temp

1/4 Cup mayo

1 Tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 Tsp seasoned salt

1/4 Tsp ground black pepper

3 Green onions, sliced

1 Tsp dried parsley

A few dashes Worcestershire

Two dashes liquid smoke

1 Tsp Franks Red Hot powder or a few shakes of hot sauce

2 Cups shredded cheddar, divided

3 Strips of bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled

Mix everything but 1 cup of cheddar.

lay out plastic wrap nad cover with 1/2 cup cheddar. Drop cheese ball mixture on top, put the second 1/2 cup of cheddar over that and work the cheese th cover the whole chhese ball. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. If making a pumpkin shape, tie 3 pieces of cooking twine around the outside, creating “pumpkin” shape. Chill in refrigerator at leat 2 hours.

Use 1/4 piece of celery stick for pumkin stem. Add right before serving.
