Basic Meatballs

1 lb Ground beef, ground pork or meatball mix
1/2 cup Grated parmesan or pecorino romano
2 Large eggs
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Small onion, minced fine or 1 tbsp dried onion
2 tbps Minced fresh parsley
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Fresh cracked black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 slices bread, soaked in water or milk
Directions
- Wring out the bread slices and add to beef along with all other ingredients. Mix well.
- Roll inti 1 1/2 inch balls and place into simmering gravy, sear in pan or bake.
