Smooth and creamy alfredo sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 Butter

  • 3 3 Cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 oz 2 Cream cheese

  • 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 Heavy cream for thick sauce or half and half for a thinner sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 Parmesan cheese, shredded

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  • Melt butter and garlic together on medium heat, , add in cream cheese until melted, whisk in the rest of the ingredients and cook until smooth, whisking continually. Add a tablespoon or two of pesto if you like!
