Classic Philly Cheese Ball

You gotta love this cheese ball classic! A great Fall treat, I like to serve this on my charcutrie board for the appetizer portion on Thanksgivig Day. It is so loved! (If a cheese ball can be loved!)

8 oz Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

8 oz Philidelphia cream cheese, room temp

2 Tbsp butter, room temp

2 Tbsp chopped pimento

2 Tbsp green pepper, finely chopped

2 Tbsp white onion, finely chopped

1/2 Tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 Tsp bottled lemon juice

Mix it all together and form one large or two small cheese balls. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

To serve, roll in grated sharp cheddar, chopped nuts, herbs or a combination.

You can roll it in cheddar and put a celery top in the top of the cheese ball to look like a pumkin on your Thanksgiving table.

Enjoy!
