Classic Beef & Cheddar Cheese Ball

Now here’s a blast from the past! This is my mom’s cheese ball recipe and the cheese ball to end all cheese balls! My absolute fav!

8 oz Cream cheese

1 Jar Old English cheese spread

3 Shakes of liquid smoke

2 oz Dried beef, rinsed well and chopped

1 Tbsp chopped, dried onions

1/2 Tsp garlic powder

1/4 – 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 Cup shredded cheddar, room temp

Mix it all together and refrigerate 2 hours.

To serve, roll in shredded cheddar, herbs or chopped nuts. Eat with crackers, breads or crudites.
