Ingredients and Variations
Ingredients: Roasted red bell peppers, sun dried tomato pesto, garlic powder, smoked paprika, red wine vinegar, almonds, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Variations: Any nut you like can be subbed out for almonds, you can also use more than one kind of nut. Sherry, white wine or white balsamic vinegar can be used instead of red wine vinegar and avocado oil can replace olive oil. Sun dried tomatoes can be swapped out for pesto and switch up the seasonings, use what you have on hand and what your taste buds like!
