Eyeball Tacos

You are going to wow our little ghouls with these delicious eyeball tacos!

Ingredients and Variations

Ingredients:80/20 ground beef, salsa powder, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, Mexican oregano, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Taco toppings.

Variations: A packet of taco seasoning can be used instead of the list of seasonings. Use any ground meat you prefer. Serve with any taco toppings you desire.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs 1 1/2 80/20 ground beef

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 bread crumbs

  • 2 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp 2 salsa powder

  • 2 tsp 2 salt

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 pepper

  • 1 tsp 1 garlic powder

  • 1 tsp 1 onion powder

  • 2 tsp 2 Mexican oregano

  • 2 tsp 2 chili powder

  • 1 tsp 1 cumin

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 cayenne pepper

  • 2 dashes 2 hot sauce

  • 2 tbsp 2 dried onions

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 whole milk

  • Toppings
  • sour cream

  • shredded cheese

  • diced tomatoes

  • shredded lettuce

  • chopped onion

  • avocado slices

  • taco sauce

Directions

  • Heat oven to 375°
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. and roll into walnut sized meatballs. Place onto a cookie sheet in a single layer.
  • Bakes meatballs at 375° for 30 minutes
  • Add a dot of sour cream and a slice of black olive on the meatball to form an eyeball. Put topping in to taco shell first and the eyeballs on top.
