Lower sodium than the packaged stuff!
Ramen Bouillon

Ingredients
1 Cup Nutritional yeast flakes
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1 Tbsp Kosher salt
2 Tbsp Chicken bouillon powder (knorr)
2 Tbsp Onion flakes
1/4 Tsp Ground thyme
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/2 tsp Rubbed sage
1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
3/4 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Wasabi powder
2 tsp Onion powder
Directions
- Mix it all together, store in an airtight container.
- Use 1 tablespoon in 1 1/2 cups boiling water, add noodles, veg and meat.
