Lower sodium than the packaged stuff!

Ramen Bouillon

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Nutritional yeast flakes

  • 1 Tbsp Garlic powder

  • 1 Tbsp Kosher salt

  • 2 Tbsp Chicken bouillon powder (knorr)

  • 2 Tbsp Onion flakes

  • 1/4 Tsp Ground thyme

  • 1/2 tsp Ground ginger

  • 1/2 tsp Rubbed sage

  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika

  • 3/4 tsp Turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp Wasabi powder

  • 2 tsp Onion powder

Directions

  • Mix it all together, store in an airtight container.
  • Use 1 tablespoon in 1 1/2 cups boiling water, add noodles, veg and meat.
