BLT Pasta Salad

Delicious and refreshing BLT Pasta Salad. Great for every bbq, picnic or get together! Perfect for that picky eater!

Whatever you like on your BLT goes!

Ingredients and Variations

Ingredients: Pasta (I use shells), bacon, red onion, grape tomatoes, iceburg lettuce, mayo, milk, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.

Variations: Add smashed avocado into the dressing, add chopped jalapenos for some heat, Add shredded cheddar cheese, or add some chopped fresh herbs if desired.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Small pasta, cooked to package directions

  • 1 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 10 oz grape tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 bunch green onions chopped or 1/2 onion, chopped *optional

  • 2 c Shredded, crispy lettuce, i use Iceburg

  • Dressing
  • 1 1/2 C Mayo

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp Kosher salt

  • 1/4-1/2 c milk

Directions

  • Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • fold cooked and drained pasta into dressing.
  • Fold all other salad ingredients into pasta.
  • Refrigerate at least two hours before enjoying.
  • Serve on a bed of crispy shredded lettuce.
