This is a quick, easy, festive and super delicious fruit salad you can throw together in 5 minutes!
Ingredients
8 oz 8 Cream cheese (1brick), softened
1 3.4 oz box 1 Cheesecake instant pudding mix
1 cup 1 Milk
1 8 oz tub 1 Whipped topping
16 oz 16 Strawberries, hulled and quartered
6 oz 6 Blueberries
1 cup 1 Mini marshmallows
Directions
- Whisk together pudding, milk and cream cheese. until fluffy. Whisk whipped topping in last.
- In a large bowl, mix fruit and marshmallows, then carefully fold in cheesecake mixture, don’t break up fruit.
- Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
