Creamy and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups 4 Cooked chicken, cubed or shredded

  • 3 qts 3 Chicken broth

  • 1 qt 1 Tomato sauce

  • 3 tbsp 3 Tomato paste

  • 1 1 Large onion, chopped

  • 2 tbsp 2 Olive oil

  • 8 8 Cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup 1 Spinach, packed

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Sun dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 tsp 1 Garlic powder

  • 1 tsp 1 Onion powder

  • 1 tsp 1 Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp 1 Dried parsley

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 3/4 – 1 cup 3/4 – 1 Pasta (I use Ditalini)

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 Heavy cream

Directions

  • Sauté onions and garlic in butter on medium-low, until soft, about 8 minutes.
  • Add all other ingredients except pasta and cream. Bring to a boil, then add pasta, turn heat to medium and cook just until pasta is done.
  • Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream.

  • Serve with garlic croutons and parmesan cheese!

  1. This recipe is sooo goood! I added some fresh chopped zucchini and we all loved it. Got the “it’s a keeper” status from the family so going on regular menu rotation.

  2. Make this the other day and everyone loved it! This was a straight from the pantry as I had everything canned and just got done dehydrating a bunch of spinach. Definitely a keeper!
