Pantry Recipe Cheesy Chicken Nachos

CHeesy and delicious, these nachos come straight out of your pantry!!

Ingredients and Variations

Ingredients: chicken breast, condensed cream of chicken soup, condensed cheddar cheese soup, Velveeta cheese, mild green chilis, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, evaporated milk.

Variations: Any canned meat you have on hand can be used, Any canned peppers you have on hand can be used, A packet of taco seasoning or fajita seasoning can be added as well, any cream of… soup you like can be used, chicken broth can be used to thin out the suace a little instead of the evaporated milk if desired.

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz (1 can ) 10.5 condensed cream of chicken soup

  • 10.5 oz (1 can ) 10.5 condensed cheddar cheese soup

  • 1 quart 1 cooked chicken

  • 2 lbs 2 Velveeta cheese, cubed

  • 1 can 1 evaporated milk * optional

  • 1 tsp 1 garlic powder

  • 1 tsp 1 onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 cayenne pepper *optional

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a large pot or slow cooker mix soups, chilis and seasonings together and add cheese, cook on medium-low until cheese is melted, add chicken and milk, whisk and cook until heated trough.
  • Pour over tortilla chips to serve,

Notes

  • This is also great over pasta and baked potatoes.
